Do I have to use these dice only for Pathfinder 2nd edition?
Not at all! While these dice are made in partnership with Paizo and designed with Pathfinder Second Edition in mind, you can play these with any gaming system that uses dice! I have even selected a set of dice for my Starfinder character and replaced the dice in one of my favourite board games for these!

How will you know what I am pledging for? How will add-ons work?
The Kickstarter pledge levels are to lock you into a wave and the Add-Ons you all select will give us an idea of what size dice Backers are after. With that information we can make “blanks” of the sizes that Backers select for their Add-Ons while the BackerKit is open. This will speed the production process greatly. Once the Kickstarter has finished and the BackerKit pledge manager site is open, THAT is where you specify what glyphic designs you are after and in what colors.

There's a strange shipping charge being applied. Can you fix this?
We are aware when we launched an issue occurred that was charging shipping per die, we have since solved this and the Kickstarter app has been able to process all pledges smoothly. The web page is still causing issues, but rest assured we are working with Kickstarter to rectify this situation.
If you have already pledged with these issues, and you have the capability, try to go through the app and edit your pledge. It should correct itself that way as well.
Regardless we are on top of this!

I am not sure exactly what dice I will need, can I add more later?
Most definitely! Once the Kickstarter has finished, we will be launching our BackerKit pledge manager site and THAT is where you specify exactly what dice you are after. You will be able to go back and modify your order as long as the pledge manager is open so you can craft the perfect set for your character as opposed to being locked in with your initial pledge.

What are the differences between the waves?
Fulfillment times. The entire range is available to all waves but Backers in earlier waves will receive their dice sooner. This project is a huge undertaking for us and we want to be able to provide our high quality service to as many people as possible. Fulfilling in waves means we can focus on making the best quality product possible.

I NEED to have full sets, did you make a percentile die?
Don’t worry, fellow completionist! Our first stretch goal has already been unlocked to include a percentile die with its own special glyphic design and you will be able to order it in any of the colours available so you will be able to theme your complete set without any hassle.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
